A Caring Choice Agency has been a senior referral service since 1998, with over 30 years of combined experience. We offer free referral services in Vancouver, Washington, and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to assist seniors and their families in finding the perfect facility to meet their living and care needs.

Is a privately owned home in Washington that accommodates up to six elderly or infirm residents, each with their own bedroom and often a private bathroom. An Adult Family Home (AFH) offers a warm, home-like environment where residents are treated like part of the family.
Is a retirement living community that provides assistance to a broader group of residents, each living in their own apartment. Some Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) also include a skilled nursing facility on-site for residents who need temporary skilled care after hospitalization.
